Privacy policy
This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is handled. It applies to this website only. Information you give us as a patient — in the office, on the phone, or on paper forms — is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy.
Health information
The contact form asks only for your name, email address and phone number. It has no message field, so there is no way to send clinical detail through it.
Our email address is listed so you can reach the office, but ordinary email is not a secure channel. Please do not send medical records, symptoms, or other clinical detail by email. Call the office at (310) 382-1150 and our team will arrange a secure intake instead.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address and phone number. That is the whole form — there is no free-text box, and we deliberately do not ask about your condition. We use these details only to call you back, and never for marketing.
Submissions are delivered to the practice by our website host, Netlify. Because the form does not collect health information, no clinical detail passes through it. If you need to share anything clinical, call the office at (310) 382-1150 and our team will arrange a secure intake.
What this website collects
Information your browser sends automatically
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page requested, and the date and time. This is used to operate the site and to identify technical problems.
This site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes these requests at its edge network in order to serve the site, and its handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not use analytics or advertising pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not use your information for advertising.
Typefaces
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
Images and icons
All images, icons and artwork on this site are served from this domain. They set no cookies and send no information to anyone else.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to target advertising to you on other sites.
If you call or email us
If you contact the office, we keep what you tell us so we can respond and, if you become a patient, as part of your record. Patient records are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, not under this policy.
Links to other sites
This site links out to a small number of other websites: Google Maps for directions to our office, the federal Open Payments database, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the manufacturer of the system used in treatment, and the privacy policies named elsewhere in this document. Following a link sends no information about you from this site, but once you arrive, that site’s own privacy practices apply and we do not control them.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block cookies, send a Do Not Track signal, or browse privately. Because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, these settings have little to affect here, but they remain available to you.
We do not operate a mailing list or newsletter, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
California residents
We are not a “business” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, but we describe our practices here so you can see them plainly. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.

Open Payments database
For informational purposes only, a link to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Open Payments web page is provided here. The federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act requires that detailed information about payment and other payments of value worth over ten dollars ($10) from manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, and biologics to physicians and teaching hospitals be made available to the public.
